I'm London, G

So enough about Monaco now as I am back to London living now. Even though my short break was amazing, it is nice to be back in my city..back to my tea and biscuits and Sunday roasts lol. The weather in London has been alright recently but the problem with summer in cities is that there is not a sea breeze to keep you cool and fresh so trying to keep stylish in this kind of weather takes some forward thinking. The day I went out in this outfit was particularly muggy so I needed a "no muss no fuss" kind of outfit, something easy to throw on that still kept me coolish, especially as I was taking my nieces to the park for a little run around. Thus a crop top and baggy dungarees were the answer. I really like this look as well! It's so easy and comfortable but still appears put together. I love the contrast of the urban looking denim (very 90s) with the 2 necklaces and cateyes glasses. The latter pieces add a chicness to the outfit..it's how I imagine Carrie Bradshow might exaggerate a look like this in the earlier episodes of SATC (though she would be wearing heels of course lol...peep toes or heeled sandals is what I think would go well).

How do you guys feel about dungarees? My best friend (and Carelle co-founder) told me I look like a farmer, but a stylish one at least though lol! I love them regardless! If styled right I believe they can look really fashion forward with very minimal effort required. And I think dungarees are almost a bit of a fashion investment because they will constantly go round fashion for years. Not only as summer gear but also they look great with jumpers for winter (I wore mine with a fluffy jumper and Timberlands for a very urban, wintery look).  How would you wear yours? xo
