Black and white photos

"When you photograph people in colour you photograph their clothes. But when you photograph people in B&W, you photograph their souls." - Ted Grant

Another Friday, another outfit post. Trying something new with this post, using mostly black and white photos for 3 reasons:

  1. I didn't initially like how this outfit looked in the photos so played around with editing till I found something I liked because...
  2. Everyone looks great, if not better, in black and white photos!
  3. I wear mostly black and white anyway so not a lot would be lost in black and white edited photos. In fact, it probably makes the outfit more interesting lol.

So basically, I think the photos look more professional and fashionable in black and white. But I've also included two colour photos so you can still get an idea of what the outfit looks like.

I was hoping this post would coincide well with the warmer summer weather London has had  lately but from what I hear it isn't too appealing in the UK atm. I wouldn't know because I'm currently in Ibiza right now!!! Made a last decision to come here and having the best time. Can't wait to share the photos with you guys. This outfit actually goes nicely with my Spanish travels atm the moment. The neckerchief is very Latina haha. I was gifted it a few months ago from this sweet brand, Style by Portobello. Their concept is to supply customers with fab vintage finds from the world famous Portobello Market and with a monthly subscription you receive a style box with hand selected and expertly curated scarves or jewellery or bags or belts or...you get the gist. I think it's a really fun idea! If you're interested, check them out here

I'll need to do another outfit post where I show off how to style the scarf in other ways but for now it's adios from me ;) xo
